Our trusted biogas components

Experience has shown that the manufacture of biogas from renewable feedstocks places particular demands on the system used. On the basis of this experience, therefore, we have developed purpose-built components and matched them to one another in our biogas plant, down to the last detail.

Our Biolene, Paddelgigant and Vielfrass components have set standards in the real world and are now also in use in thousands of other biogas systems throughout Europe. In designing and fabricating these components we give priority both to massive, robust construction and also to a high level of energy efficiency. In a long-term biogas plant test conducted by the Bavarian Institute of Agriculture (Landesanstalt für Landwirtschaft, LfL), for example, our Vielfrass solid materials feeder unit achieved first place far and away for power savings, beating 10 systems from other manufacturers.
