Biolene®
The Biolene®-membranes are made out of high-quality EPDM Rubber. The material is characterised by an extremely good UV and Ozone stability.
A large gas storage is necessary for the efficient operation of a biogas plant. The volume of gas stored changes continuously due to maintenance work or fluctuating gas production. In small-scale gas storage holders these fluctuations lead to gas being discharged or burned off uselessly or that the CHPS is running inefficiently.
The fill level of the Biolene® is always immediately visible. This simplifies the plant management. The gas is efficiently processed by means of a large seeding surface for sulphurous bacteria in combination with a wooden-beamed roof. The advantages of the Biolene® Membrane at a glance:
