Analysis Laboratory
Our laboratory offers the most important analyses for the monitoring of your biogas plant. The necessary services, such as the interpretation of the analyses results and advice on necessary measures are an important part of this.
The following analyses for the monitoring of process biology are offered:-
- concentration of organic acids
- dry matter and volatile solids (Dry Matter/ Organic Matter)
- FOS/TAC-ratio
- pH-value
- Ammonium-Nitrate
Testing Laboratory
In order to optimise your choice of substrate we offer you fermentation tests (based on VDI 4630): for quantitative and qualitative measurement of the biogas yield from various substrates, for the assessment of the restraining effect and the determination of the residual gas potential in the fermentation residue store.

With our 16 experimental fermenters, which are in continuous operation, we strive for a constant increase in the efficiency of our biogas plants, and, in doing so, provide another contribution to the reduction of CO2.”
